Jollibee Katipunan has got to be the most futuristic Jollibee I’ve been to. It has a lot of outlets and even wireless chargers! And they all work. They even have a jollibot to deliver your food and their robot sings! My favorite part is pancakes at 2AM.

This Jollibee outlet can accommodate 24 cars to its parking! 20 of these slots are located at the back of the store with 16 slots on the upper level and four on the ground. The other four slots are in front of the outlet. Most motorcycles occupy the ground parking at the back, these consist of private and delivery riders' motorcycles as seen in the photos I took. When you park on the upper level, there's a way that will lead you to the store at the far end of the parking area. Just be careful when going down the stairs as the first step is higher than usual. I think this is a safety hazard and must be adjusted to keep customers safe. The Jollibot is amusing! The volume is just too loud, though. No handsoap at wash sink when I was here. The handsoap at male restroom was too diluted with water. The store needs to clean the walls as there were removable stains while others looked permanent.

Jollibee Katipunan branch is one of the more dainty looking and quite cozy looking branch from your typical "fastfood" establishment. They really beefed up the place specially now that it's the holiday season. Off course the food was okay as Jollibee foods are. Plus your food gets to be served by this new robotic food cart gizmo.hehehe

Drive thru staff got my order wrong. She repeated my order correctly but punched the wrong one. When she handed me the items and I informed that she gave me the wrong drink she said: "napunch na po eh" ("it's punched already")... as if there is nothing that can be done to correct it.

At the corner of major routes (P.Tuazon and 13th Ave), making it truly accessible. Areas that could be improved are it's facilities, as follows: - more parking slots needed - expansion of building vertically can address parking deficiency, as well as inclusion of "events" areas (playground, party, conference, etc.)

when you go to drivethru or takeout. and you're requesting a chicken part or you got lots of order. make sure you double check inside before you leave the counter.

My mother celebrated her 83th birthday in Jollibee Katipunan, QC last Aug 28, 2023. From reservation to actual party, Jollibee was very accommodating and efficient. Ambiance has that sosyal , elitist air that was befitting for the celebrant's status. I love the availability of elevated parking. Mý mother had a programme which the crew complied and patiently applied. Jollibee mascot enlivened the party and relived the kids in us adults. I truly recommend Jollibee Katipunan.
